1. How big are Garden Library Plant Labels and what are they made of?
Our Plant Labels are approximately 21cm long & 2.5cm wide. Each one is made from UV stable PMMA Acylic.
2. Do you take suggestions or custom requests?
Suggest away! We'd love to hear if there's a particular label you'd like to see in our selection. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that your suggestions will make it into a pack, but if you'd like a custom label made, check out our CUSTOM SHOP or reach out to us via our support email support@gardenlibrary.com.au and we'll see what we can do.
3. What if my order is defective, incorrect or damaged?
Firstly, if this is the case we are really sorry! But don't worry, our Garden Library team has you covered. Simply email us at support@gardenlibrary.com.au and we will do everything we can to get it sorted ASAP.
4. How long will shipping take?
The shipping timeframes below are guides only, based on estimates provided by Australia Post. It is possible that some orders may take slightly longer to be delivered.

5. Help, I think my order is lost/hasn't been delivered!
All shipping timeframes are based on estimates provided by Australia Post. Unfortunately, sometimes things happen beyond our control and they aren't able to deliver within the estimated timelines. If this is the case, your Australia Post tracking number may be updated to advise of a 'delayed' delivery date.
